In 1974 Hiltron first appeared on the industrial scene as a company specialized in the design and the manufacture of CIA security electronics systems. Over time, however, its business has extended to all fields of application of electronics to specialize in manufacturing services for third parties: integrated devices and software, electronic/mechanical assembly and OEM supply. Know-how, experience and training gained over 40 years of activity have made our company a point of reference, not only in the security sector but also for all businesses that need resources to make their products.
Our reference values are quality and innovation. Therefore, in 2014 innovation – our main philosophy – found its expression in Hiltron Lab. This is a Hiltron spin-off that puts fuel to innovative start-ups. We believe that continuous innovation is the key to a professional quality performance . To conceive increasingly advanced and tailor-made solutions is the mission we carry out every day by investing in the training of our team, in updating the technologies and in the periodic review of the Quality System . Our Research & Development department works every day in new design activities, to make its products immune to the threats of time: Hiltron guarantees what it promises in the future!
We have always focused on Neapolitan realities. That's why we have chosen to support teams that represent Neapolitanism in the world of sport. Excellencies that embody the team spirit that animates the vision at the base of our company and the way we face the challenges that the future offers us. From UnoUnoCinque Sailing Team, a leading sailing team in the Neapolitan scene, to Briganti Napoli American Football Team, the only company in Southern Italy to take part in the Serie A championship of American Football.
Growing in a sustainable way is possible. The environmental impact of production choices has always been our priority. For this reason, we respect the European environmental regulations and we have chosen solar energy: today we have two photovoltaic plants for the production of over 110 KW of power, covering the entire electricity needs of the company.
